EDIT: It's been a couple years since I installed this shower head and about a year ago it started to develop what seemed like a water stain and after another year it was permanent. I was unable to scrub it off no matter what products I used. This was disappointing for sure given that all other chrome items in my new shower are still spotless and shiny. However, I contacted the manufacturer and to my surprise, after some back and forth, pics of the issue, etc, they sent me a brand new replacement! This is amazing customer service! You simply don't get that from product companies these days. So, I'm still considering this shower head as 5 stars given the warranty and customer service! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This shower head is a great value. It arrived well packaged in large box and wrapped inside a soft cloth bag. They provide a couple different reducers you can use to reduce water flow and conserve water. I didn’t use any of them. If conserving water is your intent, then this type of shower head is not what you’re looking for. Otherwise, it works exactly as intended. It’s been installed for about a month and it’s been flawless thus far. Like any item, time will tell, but for now it’s perfect. I just finished remodeling my own bathroom and this really helped elevate the experience. The chrome is like a mirror and finish flawless. If installed properly you should not experience any of the tipping others are describing. It stays perfectly flat and level at all times. Great product!

Is awesome but be prepared to run out of hot water quickly. Only lasts for about 10 to 12 minutes at best depending on the size of your hot water heater. Roughly puts out 2.5 gallons per minute think

Love this shower head

Product came as promised. Impressed that it came with cloth gloves to install it to prevent fingerprints on the finish. Puts down lots of water. If you have low pressure then I'm sure all the nozzles won't spray constantly. I definitely would buy this again.

This is a nice piece. It’s large enough to work well. I have 10 ft ceilings so I added an extension bar as well. No problems installing. Very nice and soothing addition to my shower.

It rusts. Water leakage after a few months

Love this thing. Very nice rain head. Real metal not cheap plastic.

I thought it was good. It was huge and looked pretty, but it DUMPS water.. not earth friendly. Also it’s only been 2.5 months and it is rusting and the little nozzles spray water every which way despite being “self cleaning” some of them are clogged.

It was my mistake that I didn’t check it earlier, I was used and little rested and had water spots. So we still installed it, it works but I’m not happy with it better go with a well known brand don’t buy it
