Very good gel pack and can fix literally any part of hand shoulder leg and even back. Good product. Nice design.

Bought this for my elederly mother who underwent bilateral TKR.The product is not very effective at cooling despite keeping it for several hours in my freezer (which functions perfectly).It's comfortable to wear and easy to strap on but pointless since the cooling is not sufficient from the get-go and there's barely any relief as a result. It also loses its low temperature in a matter of 10 minutes which is extremely disappointing.I bought two of these and regret it. I'd suggest cheaper gel-based packs for which you can use thin cloths as a cover instead of the thicker cover provided. Or just go with a conventional ice-pack, they may not be flexible but at least they provide good cooling effect.

The ice gel is very little for a pack this bag. It loses its coolness very quickly.

The media could not be loaded. Though I purchased months ago, I used it 3- 4 times. For my knee pain. It is very easy to use and effective also...👍. However when I took it out yesterday night to use for a pain... After applying and strapping it, i felt something sticky over the skin, when I removed a gell got over my skin. Then I removed the pack and gently pressed and found, the gel is squeezing out of 3 top compartments out of the total 9 .!!I have approached for warranty and they have assured that it will be taken care of.Will update further.....
