But will this work on PS5?

Works for storing PS4 and PS5 games. You can only run PS4 games directly from the usb drive. PS5 games have to be copied back to internal storage to play PS5 games. Google "USB extended storage on PS5 consoles" for their page on the details

I need a replacement cord for this; where can I purchase it?

Amazon will have multiple options—you just need both ends to be USB type C. So any USB C to USB C cord should work fine.

On pc, can i install games to it and play them or is it just for storage?

Yes, you can reference a Game Library on Steam or any gaming platform directly on the P50 and play on them (with similar write/reads compared if you have locally on your pc).
