Quiet and powerful
This is a very quiet fan. It comes with a speed controller on a long cable that allows you to adjust the controller from outside the area where the fan is. When the speed is turned down to its lowest setting, the fan is virtually silent. When turned to its highest setting, there's a lot more sound but it moves a LOT of air.

This is a good product. A little pricey for what it is. It's a standard fan concealed in a metal sleeve with foam liner. It is quite when in ~35% power and at 100% it is as loud as a standard small fan. I have 2 and I can hear them. They are well constructed.

I have two. If you need quiet, this is the way to go. Yeah, they are more expensive, but they are also extremely well made, speed controller is included, as are small built in hanging hooks. Made by Hyper. What's not to like?

I purchased this fan from a hydroponics store. The salesman there told me if I didn't like it to bring it back. This is by far the quietest fan on the market. It's a bit large but your getting one awesome unit for the price. Nothing else comes close for stealth.
