I bought this light a few months back and use it actively on set. It is an awesome replacement for the ARRI Skypanel. This light has so many features!!!Anyways, while I was testing equipment for an upcoming shoot, one side of the panel dropped a color from the board.So I emailed Dison Photo, where I purchased the unit and I spoke with Belle.She was GREAT!!! She walked me through a trouble shooting process and even sent a video to me to assist me. Well, I couldn't repair the board, so she went ahead and mailed me a replacement board.Now that is REAL customer service. My advice is, if you buy this amazing LED panel...BUY FROM DISON PHOTO!!!!
