I'm new to the FODMAP diet world but for being all the things this little cookie is (gluten free, nut free, vegan, dairy free, soya free, and no refined sugars) its pretty tasty! The cookies are the right snackable size with a nice crunch! I had the Ginger flavor and it packed quite a ginger punch.

I DID NOT LIKE HOW HARD THEY WERE AND THEY ARE JUST AWFUL TASTING

Ordered once and received cocoa crunch flavor instead of ginger. Okay fine, maybe it was a mistake. Tried once more. Wrong flavor again. And also this item is not eligible for return. The taste of the cocoa crunch flavor is fine but it is false advertisement to not receive what was promised.

Holy moly these are great. Crispy, plenty of ginger flavor, perfect size package. Really pleasantly surprised.

Perfectly good cookies. What else is there?

These cookies are pretty tasty. The texture is a little grainy, but that's just nit-picking. I'm super glad to have another gluten free snack to satisfy my seemingly never satisfied sweet tooth. Now, if only we didn't have to pay for international shipping, that would be a game changer. :)

When I was told I needed to follow tbe Fodmap diet, I have always had a sweet tooth & came across these yummy goodies. They came in the perfect size & you could definitely eat more then one packet!! I have been reordering as so good!!

These really hit the spot in providing a tasty ginger biscuit for people who have issues with normal ingredients.
