Universal Remote Control for Samsung Smart TV Replacement

This item works great. It could stand to be a little bigger, it is very easy to misplace it. Also requires light and glasses if you are near-sighted, hard to see icons in it. Well worth the price tag.

As soon as I put the batteries in and pointed it toward the TV, and hit the power button, it turned it right on didn’t have to program it or do anything special. Works perfectly. I would prefer if it was rechargeable instead of having to buy batteries.

These Samsung replacement remotes work great. They immediately connected without any pairing needed which is such a bonus if you are not tech savy. They are priced reasonably. We have a 9 month pup that loves to steal and try to eat remotes. The only downfall I can find is they are very difficult to open to change batteries. I have found I have to use a knife to start to pry it open in order to slide the back off to reveal the batteries. I think a little bit more consideration could be put into the design of the rear cover, besides that, no complaints.

just as advertised, I put batteries in and it worked right out of the box! BUT----GETTING THE BACK OFF COST IT A STAR! After reading what every did to get the back off, i had to find another way than pry it off with a screwdriver. I put a piece of duct tape on the back and that gave me just enough grip to slide it off.

This remote DOES NOT WORK. It literally skips to something else when we press any button. Waste of money !!!!

I had to use a knife to open this thing because it does not slip down the back. I’m lucky I didn’t cut my hand off. It does seem to work, but it’s truly frustrating. I’m surprised Samsung would put their name on this product.

Wow, Bought as replacement. How great the Samsung is, works right out of the package! Compared to fire stick remote replacement, Hold several buttons at same time, unplug stick, plug back in. etc, etc! Samsung was the was to go!

Does it work? - Short answer - Yes. Long answer - Not that well. Out of the box it turns the TV on and the buttons do as they should. Cons: Constantly requires you to have to press the menu / source buttons to have it reregister with the tv. Range is good up to 6 ft. Once you get farther out than that, you are going to have a rough time.

Working fine

What’s smooth and well with my samsung Tv. No setup required.

Works straight way. All button are functional.
