If you work in a kitchen, you need these. Mine literally saved me from 3rd degree burns down my entire leg. I pulled a hotel pan of garlic oil out of the oven, didn't have a good hold, and apparently a bunch splashed out down my entire leg. I didn't even notice until I set the pan down because none of the oil actually managed to touch my skin. I only noticed some warmth on my leg. Your chef pants need to be baggy so nothing touches skin, check. They need to be heat resistant, check. And they need to be comfy, check. You need these if you want something that will actually protect your legs from heat. Proven and tested, also they last years without falling apart unlike other brands I have used. Would recommend to any cook/chef. Also they run a bit big so keep that in mind when ordering. I thought I would want a medium but I use 3 pairs of smalls. If you're on the fence, look no further. Buy these.

The pants are great except for one major flaw. They are WAYY too long. I’m 6’3 and have a 38 waist size and the size large was longer than my feet. Thankfully grandma can sew.

These pants are unrivaled when it comes to quality chef-wear. The material is heavy and durable. I have a had a few pair of these for over five years and they are still going strong. I pre-wash them and then hem them to fit my length and they serve me well. I am 5'8" and find that I usually have to take off about 3" for them to fit me like a charm. I like to wear these pants with suspenders so I don't have to tie the draw string. This is a winning combination for me- nice and comfortable. I love these pants!

I bought 2 pairs. One fit perfectly, the second pair was sewn oddly in the pockets. Left pocket is twice as big as it should be, the right pocket has a weird angle to it with half the pocket being too short and the other half too long where you could lose your keys in it. Past return window or they'd be going back.

My Husband said they are durable and lightweight. He also loves the pockets. He told me to order more.
