I do a light yellow buff block super quick to prep. I have wayyy healthier nails again. Sometimes I remove the structure gel and leave them bare a day or two- which I was NEVER able to do because they would all break to the quick. I also sculpt nails long every other time with a nail form- just flash cure the product 10 seconds to get it to not move while building layers. I’m ready to toss all my other nail products- I get 3 weeks out of these manicures and usually want a change before anything has to happen! Once you learn how to work with this product you will be sold! **Q: Is this heme free?** A: HEMA is just another monomer. The first ingredient is the “safer” contained form of HEMA - DiHEMA. What you want to avoid is the free floating HEMA, which is a larger molecule that if touches the skin when uncured, can leech into the blood and cause a possible allergic reaction. If HEMA is listed in the middle it’s a lower concentration - 20-30% If it’s listed at the bottom then it’s trace amounts. All these UV gels have chemicals that can cause a reaction. Do your own research and figure out what to avoid and look for. People are acting like all forms and concentrations of HEMA will harm you and that isn’t entirely accurate **Q: Can I use this by itself and cure with lamp without dehydrator, builder and top coat?** A: So; you could.. but why would you? Also, this is builder so maybe you meant base? It doesn't need base. It won't adhere without your nails being dry from the dehydrator or alcohol; then primed with primer or bonder. Also will look like crap without top coat. Lol... this is not the product for you if you plan on skipping the most important steps. You'll spend all that time doing your nails for them to pop off next day. **Q: How long would I have to cure if I use a 36w lamp?** A: 30 seconds in LED lamp 1 minute in UV lamp. Wattage means how much power the lamp consumes to function. Wattage has nothing to do with the light bulb that is needed to cure gel products. Note: all gel products cure with a tacky layer (unless it is written on the bottle tack free) if you cure in your lamp for the recommended time and the gel wipes off the nail then the light bulbs in your lamp are not the correct bulbs to cure gel. GET THIS!! *by B***P on July 3, 2026* I’m not usually one to write reviews on things, especially nail products because they never really WOW me enough to do so. But THIS? This is worth as many reviews as I could give. I really started my natural nail journey this year after years of doing my own gel nails and this product is just incredible for that, from beginning to end. At first I was weary because of how thick the product was but the way it applies and self-levels makes it SO easy to use. I don’t extend my nails or anything so I can’t speak on that, but I use this as a BIAB or a builder gel to keep my natural nails strong. The prep work IS important, I dehydrated my nails, filed them to shape, and buffed the shine off. I used a gel base coat (I’m not sure if this is really necessary but I did it anyway). I cured each layer of this product for 120 seconds in my LED lamp (I prefer to over-cure to be precautious) and then I finally applied a gel top coat. The cover pink is a pretty milky pink color, but I was able to paint over it with a regular polish color after all the curing was done! My nails feel so smooth, glossy, and strong!
