Since 94% of the people were ok with this faucet, I purchased it. It does feel a little thin or cheap but should work fine for me. It has a lifetime warranty, so no need for a protection plan. I just hope it is actually possible to contact the company if the need arises since it does not look like they respond to negative feedback comments.Update: When I posted the review, I had not tried the sprayer yet. The sprayer is great, the best one I have had in the house yet. The faucet works great, the sprayer is awesome, so I am bumping my review up to 5 stars from 4.

I like that is tall so that I can fit a lot of dishes and I think on the sprayer works wonderfully. I would recommend this product.

What did I expect for $45.00 anyway, right? This faucet is nice looking with a great design and buffed aluminum finish. It is also easy to install but it is not intended for well water. Pressure of well water is too low. This faucet is designed to operate properly at about 90 lbs at the head for proper aeration and water pressure. Use on a well pump water system with 50 lbs at the head results in no aeration of the water at the faucet and low exit pressure. Also none of the parts (faucet handles, faucet handle housings and faucet aerator) can be serviced or changed. Once they go the whole faucet must be changed. I bought this faucet 3 1/2 years ago. When the sprayer started leaking, I contacted the seller about the lifetime warranty that is mentioned in the product description. One picture and two messages later, and they're sending me an entire replacement. That is amazing customer service.

I've had it over a year and need to replace it still.It was easy to install and looked/worked as shown, but 4 months in one of the handles broke off. Its possible I just happened to get a faulty one. Otherwise the rest of it has still worked great. 😅

This was a cheap, and solid Faucet. The installation instructions are very easy to follow. Had this installed in about 30 minutes including the time it took to remove the old faucet. Followed instructions as outlined, everything went smoothly with no leaks. Very nice quality and sturdy faucet for only $48. Highly Recommended

Worst ever! The hose cracked two days after installation. Super weak and thin. Not even built for proper water pressure! Not worth it especially for the insane price. Maybe for $20. Disgusting to cheat people out of money

My wife loves it. It made mor room for washing dishes or filling pans with water.
