Whats the difference between "old fashioned" oats and "rolled oats"? thanks!

Rolled Oats and Old Fashioned Oats are exactly the same. (Steel cut is different)

What country is this sourced from?

With a name like "Happy Belly", the name does not sound like a western brand. Perhaps this company sells its poducts to PRC (China). With a company name, I would not suspect that it is made in the USA or Canada. I think it IS a very valid question. I would want an answer before I purchased this and I think for any food product, that answer should be ON THE AMAZON LISTING IN BOLD_FACED TYPE.

how do I close the container? there is no lid.. I pulled the tab and went around and removed it and now I have nothing to keep it fresh.

Make a cover from aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Works great for me.

Are these gluten free?

Oats are naturally gluten free, but check the label. Often they are milled in the same machinery as grains with gluten and can be cotntaminated. Groats or steel cut oats may be a safer alternative.
