Recent bladder prolapse issue still unresolved by Mainstream Medical System leaves me with serious incontinence, a bladder physically hanging out of my body most of the time, lots of pain, etc. It is beyond simple leakage, it is virtual downpours of urine at any given time. Finding this product has given me some semblance of sanity and comfort. I feel like my private areas are floating blissfully on a cloud. No chafing. The gell does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do: immediately traps the urine while the top layer remains dry. The gel does not become hard as a rock. Full coverage front to back. Adheres perfectly to underpants with extreme ease of removal leaving no remnants of adhesive or plastic behind. Also prevents any odors from emanating from soiled pads. Trash can doesn't even smell at all:no urine, no mustiness, no funk. When my bladder let's loose, it is like Niagar Falls, not a simple trickle, yet with that much urine, these pads hold it long enough to get me onto the commode and drop the used pad directly into my trash can next to me. The can has no lid. Still there is NO ODORS emanating from it; which means, I can wait until the bag is full of soiled, thoroughly soaked pads before I need to take the trash out to the dumpster. Very important when you can't get that far away from your toilet to even dump your trash outside. I live alone, so there is no help or salvation coming to rescue me from this situation. PREVAIL TO THE RESCUE-MY KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOUR! HURRAY!!

I did not purchase these for me but from what I understand, they are fantastic. The gel keeps the moisture away from you.

These long pads are absorbent and fit well; however, they are very sticky. That is good and bad. I have to use them with Depends and the pads pull off the lining when being removed, but Silhouette depends are strong and I have no trouble. I may try an overnight version.

They were advertised as 156 per pkg - there were only 56!!! Not happy

Not good at all. Disappointed.

I am a regular user of "Prevail daily male guards" (the blue colored cover). The present one has shorter width and not good for male since the outlet can slip outside the pads and wet the underwear. I do not recommend this for male users
