I love the Kize Keto energy bars. With very few ingredients, they are super satisfying. In place of a snack or after workout!!

I first tried Kize bars in a monthly subscription box (The Lift Box), and holy cow it was good! The original bars are all natural as well, but contain a fair amount of sugar, so I wanted to try their Keto variety. To me, this one tastes just like an all-natural, fresh peanut butter from a whole foods store. As such, they're a bit dry (just like fresh PB), but still so very good! I just wish they made more low-sugar flavors. AND every bar sold helps to reduce hunger and homelessness for people around the world through their charity programs... they're just great all around!

I absolutely love Kize bars. And their Keto bar is my favorite. They use quality ingredients and the bars are consistent each time I’ve had them. The keto bar is the best tasting keto product I’ve tried. As a company they also give back to the community.

I've only tried the keto peanut butter cookie version so far but they're so good that after I bought them I immediately went to their site and ordered four more packages. So good! The only thing I hope is that they lower the price a bit someday so more can afford them, but I know they need to make $ too. So far it's worth it.

These are a great supplement to my day! I am often so busy that I forget lunch. Having these great little bars in my desk saves the day. There nutritious and taste great. Well worth the cost.
