I am addicted to this soy sauce and I always put it in my plain rice and eggs. But, it is a bit pricey for the size, I have to admit. Worth it if you love soy sauce! But you will definitely run out fast! One time, I went through two bottles of these in a week...

Specifically regarding the SPICY (red top) version, this red top Yondu is SPICY. With that said, I prefer it to many hot sauces because it does not significantly alter the flavor. I LOVE "regular" Yondu, and use it in virtually everything, especially vegetables. Even my DH will eat veggies he dislikes when I "Yondu-them". As other reviewers state, Yondu does not bring in its own flavor profile; rather, it enriches the innate natural flavors. However, I find this spicy version too hot for me to use enough to reap the benefits of Yondu. So I use the "green top" version for flavor enhancement, and add a few drops of the spicy for a kick. My DH douses his plate with it!
