They worked great for me and built very well. I took the rod out that holds the bait and cut the bait up into little pieces and put it in the tray with some peanut butter spread on top of the bait. When I went to check the Bait box it was all gone. It’s easy to open and can be closed without the keys. I recommend 100% I have nothing negative to say about the product.

Honestly not bad for the price, but there are a few things that could be improved. The biggest annoyance is the key/locking mechanism — it feels awkward and takes more effort than it should just to open the box. The plastic also feels a little thin, so I’m not sure how durable it’ll be after sitting outside for a long time in sun/rain. Another thing is the size. It’s on the smaller side, so I wouldn’t really recommend it if you’re specifically dealing with larger rats. Probably better suited for mice or smaller rodents.

For the price you can't get any better. Living at the edge of a small town we get rodents of all sizes around the property and in the shop. Most bait stations that can accommodate some of the larger variety cost double or triple. The boxes are well built and make loading bait pretty easy. The nicest part is the oversized tray that holds an abundance of bait so you won't have to refill them so often as well as the capability to use different baits. It's safety mechanisms ensure that a child or even an over curious dog can't get in. The lid opens up the entirety of the box making them super easy to clean and see what's going on inside. The mounting brackets ensure that it won't be sliding or accidentally walk off either which is also nice. The company that provided the bait boxes are very consumer focused and friendly offering a satisfaction guarantee and ways to contact them directly for any issues with a promise to to their best to keep everyone happy. Would highly recommend.

While the trap itself is okay, I had to take time out of my busy schedule to google and watch YouTube videos on how to set it up. Meaning how to exactly place bait blocks inside the blue bait tray. Come to find out you are supposed to skewer the bait blocks on the silver bait-holding rod, as each one inch bait block (bought seperate) has a hole going through it. The silver bait-holding rod going over the removable tray came off (unattached) immediately and i thought i had broken it. I didnt know how to put it back on (reattach) correctly because the instructions don't tell you how. Other than that its a secure, well made, durable box. Key worked ok ONCE YOU FIGURE OUT HOW TO INSERT IT IN THE KEY HOLES, which instructions don't say either. 3 stars only for incomplete instructions. Thank you.

Nice and sturdy. We'll built. Easy to use and mount.

Not many instructions, but after a few minutes of fiddling with it, I was able to figure it out. Seems sturdy, and safe for dogs and cats and chickens to not be able to get into it easily. It holds a lot of bait. Would love if it came with plastic liners for the bait, instead of trying to reuse the one too many times.
