it's a bin.... how coiuld anyone rave about a bin..... Well I do really like it!Well this is a very nice looking bin and because of the shape, it fits snugly into a corner or next to a kitchen cabinet. It's just shorter than the width of a kitchen cabinet so is the perfect size to hide away. Also has a fairly slim profile and the colour (I got the concrete grey) is very nice and just blends into the kitchen.There's a lot to be said for having a bin off the floor. Especially if you have dogs (many owners will know why) lol My robot vaccum can also get under the legs to mop up any crumbs that may be lying around too. But even adding rubbish just seems easier with the added height. Probably my favourite thing about the bin.I was worried that the 30L capacity of each bin wasn't going to be quite large enough but the bins inside are quite tall and wide enough for anything you might want to add. They are a very decent size.Looks good, great capacity, off the floor, great height. I really like this bin. Took me about a year to decide to spend the money and although I got in the Amazon sale for £150 it still felt a lot for a bin (my sister thought I was mad)! But I would say it is definitely worth it.

I've never understood people who pay this extortionate amount of money for a bin. And i still dont. Yet, i am now one of those people!!I debated ages if i could justify the cost. I looked at various other bins and at first impression i couldnt see the appeal of a bin on legs!This bin had the perfect dimentions; a large capacity double bin with a small footprint. And the legs are actually a really good idea - it makes it look much tidier and matches the decor of my kitchen.The two buckets are easy to lift out for emptying/cleaning and the lid fully lifts off.The colour is a slightly off white but not really niticeable. The bin feels solid and sturdy.Im super impressed with my purchase, but even for what it is, i think its over priced.I dont think i will ever admit to anyone how much i paid though, thats just embarrassing!!!!!

I've only ever bought one bin in my life and my goodness I never thought it would be just south of 200 quid. You definitely get what you pay for here. Now that the tears of spending this much on a bin have dried, it's actually a great addition to my kitchen.It's super easy to use in contrast to pedal bins. I also like the fact that I have both general and recycling in one place - initially it was a bit confusing knowing where to put what waste, but I've adopted a general & recycling approach on the left and right bits respectively. The only gripe I have is the lid picks up fingerprints like crazy so I always have to wipe it down.This is a very nice bin, but you're going to question your priorities for the first couple of weeks 😭

I bought the matt black 2 X 30 litre version so I could tidy up the recycling in my kitchen. It looks fantastic. The legs give me a space to hide a dust pan and brush. No the bin isn;t cheap but, considering how much a kitchen can cost, it adds to the overall appearance and doesn't need to be hidden.I added a couple of labels to the inside of the lid so it is obvious which side is for general waste and which is for recycling. Both the inner bins are black. Maybe it would be useful if they were each a different colour.The bin is nice and sturdy. The lid opens with a gentle tap and closes with a gentle push. The extra height of the bin means there is no need to bend - helpful for us old folks!

Love the bin. It was everything I wanted and looks fantastic. My last Brabantia bin lasted over 20 years and is still going (I just wanted a twin bin for a more streamlined kitchen) and I have no doubt as the the quality of this brand. However, like some people have already commented, mine arrive with a couple of small dings. The damage on the box in where the dings would have occurred was minimal. I'm not blaming the carrier who was a lovely chap - these dings could have happened at anytime since the bin was placed in the box. There sorely needs to be another layer of padding around the bin to prevent this happening. I've kept the bin as the dings won't show and could probably be tapped gently out. However, for the money that this bin costs, it needs better protection.

This looks like a great bin BUT... it seems that due to packaging methods used by the manufacturer and/or the delivery methods used by Amazon it arrives full of DENTS. I have checked other reviews and other customers are having the same problem. Even when they request a return they get ANOTHER BIN WITH DENTS. I have to work very long hours and don't really have the option to keep carrying heavy boxes 1km to a hermes drop off point and hoping the next one will be ok. GOOD BIN but POOR DELIVERY

A bit pricey but it looks good in the kitchen and is a great height. Previously I had a bin with a motion activated lid - it drove me mad - would open everytime someone walked past and then close mid scraping of food waste into the bin. This is so much easier - the lid opens with one touch and I then close the lid when I've finished. The 2 compartments are roomy and it feels sturdy. Overall very pleased.

Seems really silly to rave about a bin, but I love it. I love that it’s off the floor, making cleaning easier. It looks good. The buckets inside are easily removed and cleaned too. Yes they’re a touch small, but there are two of us, plus a large dog, and we aren’t emptying it excessively. It is mega expensive for a bin and it feels mad spending that much, but honestly I’m glad I did.

存在感のあるゴミ箱です。ゴミが散らかっても、脚があるので、床が掃除しやすいです。我が家はキッチン横のパントリーに置いています。夫婦2人なら、週2回の燃えるゴミの容量がまかなえます。

Achat réalisé en janvier 2026. Bravo amazon qui, pour éviter tout problème de transport, a chargé UPS d’effectuer la livraison. Résultat impeccable, aucun dommage à la poubelle qui s’avère de surcroît très pratique et contemporaine.

La pattumiera è stupenda, arrivata in perfetto stato, nessuna ammaccatura o altro per fortuna. Il design lo adoro, molto raffinato si adatta benissimo nella mia cucina moderna, sembra quasi un mobile più che una pattumiera! È molto capiente e pratica. Ho preso quella di 30 litri divisa in due scomparti, uno lo uso per la plastica e l'altro per la carta, vanno bene i comuni sacchetti, si fissano facilmente sotto il coperchio. Il prezzo è molto alto, ma la qualità c'è e anche lo stile. Ci sono pure 10 anni di garanzia. La ricomprerei senza ombra di dubbio. Grazie.

À la maison, nous avons deux poubelles dans la cuisine : une pour le plastique/papier, et une pour les ordures ménagères. Le verre se met à l'extérieur dans sa poubelle dédiée. Je précise que nous sommes une famille de 5 avec 3 enfants.Nous en avons souvent acheté des poubelles, toujours aux alentours de 40/50€. Mais qui n'ont jamais tenues : pour un maximum d'hygiène je privilégiais les poubelles à pédale et souvent c'est à cet endroit que ça dysfonctionne. Que ce soit en plastique, en métal, aucune n'a tenue très longtemps, et l'achat de poubelle est devenu un problème. Trop cher à l'achat, trop fragile, trop de turn-over...Un jour, mon mari en a eu marre : quitte à acheter une poubelle cette fois-ci, autant en acheter une bien. Nous nous sommes donc tourné vers Brabantia, qui offre une poubelle sur pied avec deux conteneurs à l'intérieur.Il s'avère qu'elle s'ouvre avec une pression. J'avais peur que ça ne soit pas hygiénique mais finalement le couvercle reste propre contrairement aux pédales des anciennes poubelles qui étaient toujours très crasseuses. Et l'ouverture se fait tellement naturellement que j'en arrive à essayer d'ouvrir d'autres poubelles de cette façon dorénavant. Les pieds réhaussent la poubelle ce qui permet de moins de baisser. Mais surtout, cela permet de nettoyer le dessous sans avoir à tout déplacer ainsi qu'à voir ce qui peut tomber à côté. Mes anciennes poubelles glissaient sur le parquet et ont laissé des vilaines traces, ce que je risque moins ici. Il y a deux poignées sur les côtés qui permettent également de prendre la poubelle qui sont très pratiques. Et le design, surtout, est magnifique. Enfin une poubelle jolie qui remplit ses fonctions. Bon c'est sûr, c'est pas donné. Mais au lieu d'en avoir pour 100€ tous les 2 ans, si celle-là nous dure déjà 4 ans alors c'est bon !
