Bought this device to try to solve issues with a lot of 2 channel Amazon Prime & Netflix content not rendering correctly from Apple TV > HDMI (video + audio) into my 5 yo pre/pro (green screen, frozen screen, sound drop outs). Most 5.1 content worked correctly, however. This issue w 2-channel content didn't happen with HBO Max, ShowTime, YouTube, Tidal, etc.It took a bit of sleuthing to get the DIP (EDID) switches set correctly, but I was able to get both 4K60HZ video to the TV and 5.1 sound to the pre/pro. And, I was able to solve the green screen/audio drop out with a different EDID switch setting for certain content. So I have to change the switch occasionally based on the content...not sure why, but it doesn't matter as I just want to watch TV!Signal path now is Apple TV > HDMI1 to TV, HDMI 2 to pre/pro.In my experience, the descriptions for the switch settings didn't match what I was trying to get to work (e.g., TV audio pass through didn't work at all, what was labelled as two channel, actually rendered 5.1, etc.), but I figured it out with a lot of trial and error. Great picture, great sound now from all sources

This was sent to me twice and both times the picture and what i got didn't match. For what ever reason I have not been able to find a splitter that would work with my display port video card. I was able to get it to work with the video card that I used temporarily. It has an HDMI port on the card unlike my other card.

Oh WOW! What a difference this splitter has made with my TV. Had a problem whenever I tried accessing ROKU and Hulu, I would receive thatHDCP error screen. This error has completely disappeared! And the picture quality is true 4K!!

Worked very well with 2 4K HD televisions with 15 meters of HDMI cable between. No booster was necessary, installation was a snap and all works very well. I do recommend, however, using the best HDMI cable you may have available. Fiber optic cable was not necessary.

I've been using this for just a couple of weeks without any issues. I use all 4 ports & have 4K, HDR & 3D. Just hope it keeps working. I've tried another two units with problems right off the bat.

It works great and has lots of EDID settings to choose from. As it turns out, my old one was working fine so nothing new to report.

I'm do glad I got this splitter. It works wonderfully.

Works great operating up to 4 TVs to display the same picture.
