Such a disappointment! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even with problems, Heye puzzles are the best *by C***T on January 28, 2019* I love Heye puzzles. I’ll just start there. I’ve ordered a few Heye puzzles from amazon and they’ve always been great. But this puzzle seems like it was bought, returned and then sent to me. The ‘map’ paper that shows the puzzle is folded incorrectly, smushed and it’s already starting to tear at the folds. There we’re also a couple stray puzzle pieces floating around in the box. I’m not sure if they are a part of the puzzle or not as I haven’t started it yet. I’ll keep ordering heye puzzles as they are usually the best quality and have difficult puzzles but if that becomes a habit I’ll have to look into switching.
