The Walker Sling Foot Rest(P) is the only product that instantly changes your rolling walker into a temporary wheelchair by providing a footrest while sitting and being pushed about.

Should be cheaper. Good Idea bur has its flaws. Best for sitting and only short trips if rolling a patient.
This honestly should be priced lower. It does kind of work and it will help with what we need right now but if you really need to transport chair or a wheel chair you should avoid this and just buy a real chair or hybrid walker. This is essentially just two nylon straps and a well made rubber covered metal plate. I honestly could have made this myself. It is well made and if you need a simple foot rest then it works and is really the only option for basic walkers. At least that I can find. Because it literally hangs off the handles it does swing around a bit. If you have weak legs or severe pain in your legs it really is a last option as it does require some pressure and focus to hold it in place using your feet while rolling. While simply sitting it is great.I got this for my 86 year old grandmother who is really not going to ever consider a wheelchair because she does not want to give up her independence even though she really needs one. Even if it is temporary. She has ulcers on one of her legs and the pain is terrible but she still just wants her walker.. We spent about an hour adjusting it and getting it just right so we could have it in case I need to use her rolling walker as a chair on our next trip to the hospital. It certainly is not perfect but it is a good idea. We will be using it if needed and I am comfortable with it if we need to have her sit while I push her for a short distance. Please keep in mind that most rolling walkers that have seats have the handles facing in the direction the person is sittings. So when this is attached and the person is sitting and needs to be rolled you will either need to face the person while holding the handles or push the walker from the back using the backrest or frame. Like I said this is not ideal to make a walker into a wheel chair but it does have its uses.

It is better then nothing but very expensive and very low quality
Ridiculously overpriced. It swings a lot not really stable; my grandmother is petite and had a little of a hard time keeping her legs without swinging. It was not even glued on correctly and you can see all the glue. Unfortunately they arent any other products available to serve the purpose but it is not a quality product and very expensive. Its a shame that they take advantage of people. I contacted them to tell them it was not glued correctly they said they would send me another one and never did.

A Real Help On Long Days
My walker helps me quite a bit, but when I have extensive walking to do, or simply a long day of little walking, eventually I get tired and my back just can't take it. My husband or sons are glad to push me, but my walker has me backward when I sit in it and I have to hold my feet up for them to do so. This only puts MORE strain on me, which the walker (and their pushing) is supposed to alleviate. When I saw this, I ordered just before a vacation with a main strip where walking was a must. It saved me a lot of pain and helped my husband from constantly being kicked by my feet as he pushed the walker. Thanks Amazon!

Don't purchase
I do not like it @ all. My feet go back under my seat & I feel like I'm going to fall off off my seat trying to keep my feet on the footrest. This is something that my husband could have made & saved $60! 😞

good idea - not what expected
Good idea but not what expected for the price. Only reason purchased at the time was there was nothing I could that would work to put feet up for this type of seated walker.
