Amazing product
By far the best fat burner I've ever taken. Expect about a three hour long sweat fest after taking them. They give you great concentration especially on those days you just don't want to do cardio.

HYDRATE!!! and buy it!
Day 1-15 minutes after taking it if not LESS I was salivating almost to the point of no return, it's like I couldn't swallow my spit fast enough. I was sweating with doing nothing! ( I should've headed the warning of limited caffeine prior to taking)Day 2- I didn't have any caffeine, took the dose with 8ox of water, had a protein bar (roughly 200cals) then hit the gym. No crash, no over salvation, no crazy shaking.Day 3- I waited until 11am to take the dose as I am optimistic it will keep me going through the day without a crash. I also have eaten twice now which I do believe my stomach appreciates having substance while taking.I will keep taking it as I know consistency is the key. I track my food, hit the gym 5-6 days a week and sleep 8-9 hours a night. I added this in to curb the appetite some and stop myself from snacking--it forces me to drink more water = less snacks.

Whack!
If youre prone to anxiety, this may be hard to adjust to for about a week. If taking with other stims ( esp caffeine ) get ready to sweat and feel like a screwball. Almost makes you too alert to concentrate, the ability to focus is very intense. After a week, no probs. Still sweat like a champ. Def take them before exercise, they pack a punch. Lasts around 6-8hrs

Good thermogenic supplement
Little jittery on an empty stomach but I'm also taking them with my morning coffee. Absolutely fires up the thermogenesis of the body.

My dislikes are.... I have to take it on an empty stomach because with me it causes a slight upset stomach, however on an empty stomach it still causes me to burp. Once it kicks in I feel a quick surge of energy, then I feel the sweat coming on. After about 15-20 minutes after I feel a cool feeling and almost like a quick energy drain maybe a bit clammy. Plus side of the product is you should shed water weight and it seems to help in the process of fat burning.

Hot flashes
I’ve been taking this product for about 2 weeks now. When I first starting taking them I had horrible side effects. Within 30 minutes of taking them I start sweating, my mouth begins to water, I get nauseated, and my skin feels very clammy. I was hoping the aide effects would subside eventually but unfortunately they haven’t. I will not be reordering this product.

don't drink this
This product was terrible. I ended up in the ER. It raised my heart beat and blood pressure. I've never had any issues medically before. This product is to strong. I did not research the product before buying it. But I did after words. Bad mistake in part. I read this product is even banned some countries because of the side effects. Never again i take this
