I’ve only just started this. So can only comment on the taste, texture and amount. I can’t review weight loss- as yet. This powder tastes amazing, like a rich chocolate milkshake. I am using mine with almond milk and it tastes creamy. The powder mixes perfectly, just by putting it in my shaker bottle. A few shakes and it’s all mixed- no lumps. I will be doing two shakes a day with a low carb meal in the evening. It’s very filling. The zip bag I received was big and full to the top. It gives me lots of energy and keeps my hunger at bay- completely. It is the best tasting shake I’ve come across, although for some who are in the more advanced stages of Keto, it could be too sweet. Personally I like the sweetness. It will also help keep you ‘regular’.

I’ve always found it hard to find something that compliments an Atkins diet but still carries flavour, sweetness, ease and allows for a bit of variety. This shake fits the bill perfectly for me, using it as a lunchtime replacement and although I was worried about going in with water instead of milk I was just pleasantly surprised with how it held its flavour. Now finding it a great addition to my diet and will definitely be looking to get it again

I bought this chocolate shake after reading lots of reviews on different keto diet shakes. I wasn’t overally impressed with this, it had an artificial sweetened taste and was just a little too thick for my liking. It’s a decent sized tub so a good amount of product for the price but I wouldn’t repurchase due to the sickly artificial flavour.

Chocolate shake with unsweetened soy milk, and either some coffee for a moca shake, or peanut butter. Tasty. Powdery, but still good. In the past few months it's gone from around 60p per serving to £1.20 per serving. So, I can't really recommend the chocolate shake anymore, the vanilla is still reasonably priced, but the chocolate is way over imho. Maybe they've had supply issues or additional costs they've had to pass on. either way, chocolate is no longer worth the price.

At first I hesitated a bit because of the price but I am genuinely impressed with this product. I’ve been keto (sugar free and carb free) for 6 weeks now and was put off by some of the reviews that said the shake is too sweet. But I’m so glad I gave it a try because it is absolutely delicious and for me, the flavour/sweetness is just right. It definitely won’t knock you out of ketosis (which can happen with some “keto friendly” products). I have 1 scoop of powder blended with 1 cup (250ml) of almond milk and a tablespoon of heavy cream as a meal replacement and/or a post-workout snack. It’s so chocolatey it feels like a treat but it’s actually packed full of nutrients. Some reviews complained of receiving a huge tub that was only half full of powder but the company appears to have heeded their feedback because I received a large ziplock bag that was full of powder (scoop included). Highly recommend this product, interested in trying the other flavours!

I started having this for my breakfast as I changed jobs from working late hours to early starts. This is great for that reason. At 5 and 6am I'm sleep walking into work and I don't eat until I'm up for a few hours. This shake mix works a treat. I sometimes mix it the night before so it's ready to grab as I go. I mix mine with 300 ml of oat milk and 2 level scoops. Thickens just right, enough to keep my hunger off until lunch break. Taste great too, it doesn't have that medicine, tinny taste that some protein shakes have. I enjoy this and have done so for 6 months or so, I also find it a great value for money. As always with these types of products I was a little sceptic as to just how effective it would be. I purchased as I'd recently quit alcohol and was planning on quitting cigarettes too. Also a new medication had sent my appetite into overdrive so I needed something that was satisfying and would help me lose some weight. This product is actually brilliant. For something so healthy it tastes amazing and it definitely does the trick as a meal replacement. I'm only using once a day during a period when I'd usually pick at rubbish. It hits the spot and serves its purpose well.

I've only given four stars due to the fact, I do feel I'm at a slight disadvantage on giving an accurate review, because this is the only protein/Keto shake I've ever tired. I have had slimfast and if you blend the banana favour with ice its so nice and creamy, but it's laden with calories and have no idea why its aimed at people to lose weight, anyway back to this. I was going to leave a negative review a few days ago, because I had been having the shakes, for a week, with water. Going by the reccomended scoops and how much water to add per 1 or 2 scoops, the taste was very sweet, but not chocolatey just tasted sugary so I was very displeased by this. I also thought I was receiving 25 meal replacement servings, but you only get 12 meal replacement servings. You get 25 servings if you use 1 scoop for a snack or extra pre-workout fuel purpose. I decided to leave the review till I had been shopping to get a keto friendly milk. I choose almond milk, as it has 0g carbs, 0g sugar and only 13cals per serving. Perfect! So, with the shake being too sweet for me I decided to add more of the almond milk than the recommended amount. I'm drinking 600ml unsweetened almond milk, with two scoops of this. I do feel the chocolate taste is still missing and for this I am going to start blending the shake with some keto friendly cocoa nibs, when they finally arrive. Using the milk instead of the water tones down the sweetness of the shake, and thickens it. A small tip is to make it up beforehand and leave it in the fridge, then give a good shake before drinking. I use a protein shaker. Overall I will purchase again. I will be experimenting with the shake, as i do like the fact it has low cals and carbs. I just wish it contained more servings for your money. 12 seems pretty poor, considering the size of the tub, it makes you feel like there's a months worth of shakes for that price. Because of this, I can't afford to continue this as a meal replacement with the reccomended amount of scoops and why I am chosing to add cocoa nibs etc to the mix to make up on the lost nutritional value for my meal. Time will tell if this helps me stick to Keto because I feel like i need chocolate. So far, so good!
