Tastes Good
This blond chocolate tastes good but lacks the caramel flavor of blond chocolate I'm used to. Valrhona has a more flavorful blond chocolate and you can taste the caramel undertones too. Ragusa is just okay in my opinion.

Do not buy from this seller
I would rate the blonde chocolate bar, five stars in taste but… It came completely damaged. What I can tell is it must’ve melted in the warehouse somewhere or along the way as it came all the way from Poland! Had I noticed I would not have ordered from the seller. I don’t know if they bought them at discount from the manufacturer, but was terribly disappointed. I would recommend you pick another seller.
