These are a little thick and stiff to wear for dance. My daughter has a knee injury, so she needs to protect her knee when on the ground dancing. But she still has to be able to have straight legs and such. These are more for volleyball or other sports where straightening your leg is not important. Did protect her knee though.

For a knee pad & holds up well ,but doesn't look bulking under clothes or-not bare legs!

This has good padding but the pads are huge. I felt it was too hard to dance in them. I guess it depends on the type of dance but I wouldn’t recommend for heels dance.

Bought these for my pole fitness class. These were super comfortable, did not slide off, easy to bend and work with, and were not bulky behind the knee - which has been an issue with other knee pads I have purchased. I also used these for a student showcase and was super pleased with how well they worked.

Terrible product. It's huge. No matter what size you order. Also, seller will charge you around $6 for return shipping. BEWARE!!!!

The best I've tried so far , many of my dance friends asked for the link because these kneepads fit well, stay in place and don't make too much compression under the knee
