I thought perhaps along with my already good habits this would boost my metabolism and lose weight ...
Spelled Weight as "Wight" stated 30 day supply yet directions say to take two, twice a day...( 15 day supply) Complete fraud! I returned this product and went to Costco for same price for more qty. However, that did not work as weight loss. The whole thing is a scam... I was training for a half marathon, exercised, ran, ate right and gained 3 Lbs. Garcinia Cambogia from Costco did curb appetite, but other than that nothing! I'm not one to take any type of diet pill etc. I rely on eating right and exercise, I thought perhaps along with my already good habits this would boost my metabolism and lose weight but did the opposite! I'm sticking with more exercise, different routines and continuing to eat right.

July 3, 2014:I just added this to my cart and checked it out so it better be worth it. The reviews is what really convinced me. The good thing is We are guaranteed 100% money back so if it's no good, this company's hearing from me non stop.Sunday July 20, 2014:So now that it's been about a week I must say that it really does work in curbing your appetite. I had a plate of food that was the usually size of what I would normally eat and felt super full. I think it works if you let it ... as in listening to your body when it says enough. I haven't done my weight check yet but I will soon and update this post. For the record I am 20 years old and before starting this product I weighed 148 and I'm trying to go down to 121 because that was my weight freshman year of high school. I'll be updating this review ever week to document my results.Update:Okay so after about a month of taking these pills I saw absolutely no change. Though honestly i'm not a big fan of taking pills so I wasn't religious about the directions. The bottle now sits pretty in the back of my cabinet. What this did make me realize is that i'd rather put my mind towards exercise than cheat my way to my goal. So, If you feel the same way or ever did then this product is probably not for you. If you want to give it a try, then by all means go ahead. I'm just sharing my experience :).
