Perfect. Sits well and looks exactly like the pic.It works for the small arm of a sofa we have and just as well on the larger puffy arm of a chair. Great buy. Took forever to arrive ( did NOT realize it was literally coming from China ) but is worth the wait. Got it yesterday and using it already. Definitely does not fit a dinner plate or anything large, but securely holds a drink and small things as described pretty solidly, especially with a grip coaster. Watch your fingers or pets when removing or closing it to put away! The STRONG and QUICK snap close feature is a little but scary and loud.Looks nice, works well. Seems as if it would be wobbly. It is not.

I really love this. It clamps tightly onto my couch arm. I have a rolled-arm couch and chair and it clamps down very well. I’ve never had a spill or upset, even thru kids and a nosy cat. In fact, I’m here to get another for the couch so other guests can use it, too.The color is darker than the picture—more espresso. I like this; it’s the color of my furniture. If your furniture is lighter cherry, it might not match. There are others on Amazon that are $5-6 cheaper. I haven’t had experience with those sellers, and their pages didn’t seem as well established, the feedback wasn’t as good as here, and the customer support and warranty was better here.If I had a complaint at all, it does get dirty quickly. You still have to use a coaster since it’s pretty wood, and clean it often. I clean anyway, so no big deal really. Other than that, I love it.

This works very well for holding remotes and things on our couch. I'd say the spring is a little tighter than I'd like. It's causing a permanent depression on one of our more supple couches, so we moved it to our more firm couch. Both couch arms are a little smaller than the width of the tray, so the legs tilt in quite a bit to hold onto the couch, which may be why it's tight and causing that depression.

This is a great product. It’s real wood as opposed to plastic like some others. Works well for a armrest that measures 10”-12”.Update: 7/2022This product broke after 6 months. The clip arm broke off and I tried to fix it but this only lasted another month. The nails they use are too small.

The arms on my couch are really wide. The tray did not fit. I removed the clamps, added some pieces of wood on long ends, and remounted clamps. Now it fits perfectly and I can put it at the front of the arm so my elbow doesn’t hit it. The bottom of the tray is really cheap and cane apart when I drilled holes for screws. I had to screw one piece of wood because the glue didn’t hold. Tray does a good job holding my remote and cup. The tray holds up to my 10 lb big cat sitting on it.

Product was much better than the person I bought it for. Great gift for anyone that pilots a bark-o-lounger for extended periods of time. Plenty of space to place cell phones and TV Guides. Great choice if you have no idea what to get someone that will scrutinize everything you touch.

I have now received two of these tables (one a replacement) that has screws from the arms pushing through the flat part of the table. It is very noticeable, shoddy work. For over $20, you would think they could assemble the table properly. I will return this and will not be reordering it. Obviously, it's just poor quality.

Ordered two. One arrived broken. Keeping one, though not crazy about the color. Much browner than "Cherry."

It arrived on time. Disappointed that it does not hold firm enough to the arm of the couch. It slides to the side and drinks fall off. Care must be exercised when using as a meal tray. I would not recommend.

It broke the first time I put it on my couch. Also, I ordered the blue one and I got a black one.
