I wanted a kit to got to so I would not have to run and get all the items in this one beautiful zippered kit. I also wanted one to give to my Niece to have when she travels or just to have at home. I bought this set for an upcoming vacation. I wanted to have a little of everything just in case I had a wardrobe malfunction while I was away. This is a great set for travel. This set comes with everything you'll need just in case a little something happens to you while you're traveling. I used the white thread to patch up a pair of socks just to test it out. Everything I needed was right in the little kit. The patch job went just fine. You can't really mess up a travel kit for sewing. You just need a few little thing just in case and this kit comes with it all. My only complaint is the zipper on the case. Several times, my zipper split or became stuck. was perfect for a convention i attended, have added a couple items - a ziplock bag and a couple bandaids, along with a size 7 steel crochet hook. compact, neat, holds a ton of necessary items.

Not bad for the price and will go in my camp bag! The case alone is worth near what I paid!

Cute little thing, I will be adding some things that I am used to having, but there is room. The bright red shows up when I am looking for it in the crowded bags of different sewing stuff. Good customer service department...there to help if I needed any...which I was not... Thank you.
