Can this figure attach to the botropolis set?

Yes, the tail feathers of the bird mode form a ramp at the rear of the truck mode, which is compatible with the ramp connectors found throughout the War for Cybertron trilogy figures, including the two “Modulator” figures in the “Botropolis Rescue Mission” set.

The picture says he is an auto bot but the video says deception what is he?

Doubledealer is a part of the Mercenary faction. He works for the highest bidder. He has three modes, the missile truck, robot mode (which is used when he's working for the Autobots) and a raptor mode (for Decepticon shenanigans)
