These bowls are durable and useful. They ar lightweight and don't transfer heat to your hands ... So these bowls work great for soup. I just wish they made plates as well

use for fancy Japan ramen, everything fits inside, cool to the touch, no more spilling, plenty large enough, stacks well, dishwasher safe, looks great, well worth the price, they made a winner.

i use this bowl all the time for my main dishes, i use them also as ingredient holders for larger items like scallions, peppers, cucumbers etc. These things are so good for fried rice but is usualy a bit small for your average ramen

I thought I had found the item I was looking for, a stainless steel bowl without rolled edges, a temperature barrier (air from double wall), lightweight, sturdy, practical. After several weeks of regular use, I was surprised while eating dinner one evening, to hear gargling noises coming from the bowl. Unexpected for sure, but how could this bowl be making noises... unless, air/water had found its way inside the bowl. At first glance, the bowl appears to be solidly constructed as a single piece, not joined at the brim, but it is joined at the brim, and the seal is very thin. Actually the steel that makes up the entire bowl is very thin, but it feels solid (yet lightweight), because of the construction. It didn't take long to realize that the brim/seal had tiny holes in it. Another way to find this out is if after you wash and dry the item, within a minute or two, water starts to appear near the brim.This bowl was part of a two-piece set, so now that the first one was pretty much not going to be used again, I tried the second bowl, hoping that it was properly constructed, only to find within a few days of usage, that the inside bottom of the bowl would "pop" in and out while washing/drying the item, meaning that air was getting inside the second bowl as well. This "popping" on the second bowl was not present on the first bowl. So both bowls had similar issues. And I'm now having to find a quality replacement. Disappointed to say the least.UPDATE: I re-ordered another set to see if the new ones would be better made than my original set, but both of the bowls I received had centers that popped in/out, meaning that somehow there is air getting inside, and also that the steel is not very thick/sturdy to prevent this from happening. I would love to see this bowl made sturdier with thicker steel, I'd be interested in purchasing if you know of a good source.

Good and easy to hold with hot soup inside

These worked perfect, we were looking for larger bowls that were dishwasher safe (absolutely hate handwashing) plus the added feature of cool touch was an added bonus that we love as our med size bowls get too hot to the touch.

High quality stainless steel - I appreciate the manufacturer specifies the complete details of the material and production. I have no issues with it whatsoever. Great product for those replacing all the toxic cookware/dinnerware.I haven't experienced any rusting, popping or issues. Must-buy.Size-wise - it's the same as a ramen bowl in a restaurant. Really impressive - great for any dinner situation.

Quality is ok. But compare with the one that I brought Korea years ago, the double wall is thinner. Price is a little pricey!

My order was damaged bowl shipped inside second bowl. So, it wasn't perfect bowl before shipping. I'm very unsatisfy for that but i didn't know how to return w/o ship charge.
