I don't care what the size of the bag is, what is the size of the actual L-T-R bell?

The Bell itself is anywhere between an inch to an inch and a half in height. This is my best guess without actually getting down on the ground underneath my bike and measuring it for you. . The reason for the 3-in x 2 1/2 in bag is because of the plate hanger that comes with it and the ring. It is worth the buy as long as you're giving it as a gift to someone that has a motorcycle. I would not recommend it for a lowrider unless you place it high enough up somewhere on the bike.
