**Q: Bracket, is there a way to order a different bracket? Mine sprays water all over out of the ball joint socket but I really like the shower head**
A: I also had this issue. It made a huge mess, used the one I had on my shower before and it was a little to big so the pressure wouldn’t hold the head in one place also making a huge mess. I didn’t order another because even the replacements seem tondo the same thing. I used plumbing tape to secure the head to the bracket

**Q: do they need to be repaced at any point?if so whats the life of them? Repave**
A: Im sure that at some point the shower head will need to be replaced. The nice thing about this showerhead is that the beads can be changed without replacing the whole unit. I have had a few minor issues with plugged sprayers, but this shower head is so easy to take apart and clean that its not an issue. I can see this shower head lasting 10 years or more depending on mineral content of your water.  Hope this helps.

This is the second filter shower head we've purchased, and it's been a great solution for our college student who was used to soft water at home and really disliked the hard water at school. After installing this, they immediately noticed the difference — much softer, cleaner-feeling water, and it made showers way more enjoyable. The ability to order refillable filter beads is a big plus and helps keep the shower head working well over time. It’s easy to maintain and noticeably improves water quality. The only downside is that the shower head does eventually start to rust. However, we’ve found that it lasts about a year with regular use, which is acceptable for the price and benefits. Overall, highly recommend for anyone dealing with hard water!
