I am really impressed. First of all just like the description said they not only come sealed in plastic but each individual mask is sealed in plastic within the outer plastic package.I don't know that much about the difference in cloth masks and paper surgical type masks (as far as protection) but wow they are SO much easier to breathe in than cloth masks.Hopefully the protection level is the same because it's night and day difference in being able to breathe. I live in Florida so it is so hot here it makes a major difference.
