Plants showed up, all alive, wrapped nicely, with nice coloration

Not a great plant, stems died/melted within a week. I have 4 stems out of the 3 bunches I received. Hope those few stems survive. The color is gorgeous on the leaves if they live.

**Changed my original review. My plant arrived mostly brown. I had one stalk I could plant. I planted it, but it died the next day. I reached out to the company and they DID try to get back with me. The email did not show up in my mailbox for some time, but when I did get it, I could see that they had indeed try to reach me about the brown plant. I do feel that if my email had been working properly that they would have given me either a new plant or my money back. I have since ordered from them again and received very nice plants. I will order from them again because they do try to make things right.

First off, plants had leaves fall off during transit. Not a big deal, I planted them and figured they will recover.They just kept getting worse and worse. Cleaning up all the leaves in my tank was super annoying and when I saw they weren’t recovering, I decided to call it and pull them out of the tank and into the trash.The seller is great though. I’ve bought many plants from them.. I just think this specific plant is not good and fragile. At least that’s my experience. Won’t be buying it.. probably ever again.

Super small bunch for the price i payed, company shipped my plants with ice instead of a heat pack even though i followed their directions. So most of the leaves were dead, would ask for a refund but the company ironically doesn't have a company phone number. So convenient for them
