Difference between Barbicide and Barbicide Plus?

Barbicide Plus kills Tuberculosis. Regular Barbicide does not.

Can this be used as a spray to disinfect countertops?

You probably could, but I would not eat anything that came off of that counter top, as that is not what this is formulated for. If you use it for this purpose, then at least wash that same counter top with soap and water afterward.
