I have been using the Magiclear cream for about a month now, and for a few weeks, I added this clarifying gel. It is recommended to use the two together, so let's take a look at the performance.WHAT IS THIS LIKE?This gel is a clear gel. It has no odor and comes in a metal tube. There is an opening piercing thing in the cap so that it is sealed until you are ready to use it.HOW DOES THIS GET USED?First I wash my face. After I wash and dry my face, I quickly apply this gel to the dark spots I am trying to get rid of. Then I apply the Magiclear cream over top of the gel on the same spots.HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN USING THIS GEL?I have only been using the gel for a few weeks along with the cream.IS IT WORKING?At the time that I was using the cream only, the dark spots I was targeting were made almost a third lighter. Since using the gel with the cream for a few weeks, I have seen the spots get a little bit lighter again. I would say that the spots are heading from the third mark toward being about half lightened.It is really hard to tell because once in a while, it looks like the spots are back. If I use blush or makeup on top of them, they seem dark, until the next day when the skin was cleaned and it is back to being light again.WILL I KEEP USING THESE?I will definitely keep using these to apply to the same brown spots. I have had them for a long time, so it will take some time to get them to go away most likely.THE BOTTOM LINEBest used with the Magiclear cream, this gel and cream duo really seem to be helping fade some pretty dark spots on my face. Used alone, the cream worked, but with the gel, it does seem to act a bit more quickly.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. Nothing has lightened these spots and this seems to be working for me. It is taking a long time as this is gradual and not instant, but it is worth the effort.

Like many other women who take female hormones I developed a dark area in spots above my top lip and while I didn't notice it, other people did, especially in bright lighting and by the time I realized it I was horrified.I tried several items that I bought locally but nothing worked and I could still see it through makeup and I am not big on wearing makeup daily anyway so that was no solution. I squeeze out 4 drops onto the palm of my hand, dot the product around my face and neck, pat it into my skin, then smooth it out in upward strokes. I have found that the ease of application in this manner depends on the products I've layered underneath this gel. The area around the bottom of my nose has evened in tone, and the rest of my face seems to have evened in tone too. When applying this product i dropped a few drops into my hands and applied it by pushing it into my skin with my finger tips. It is very easy to apply and leaves a very nice moisturized feeling to my skin. I have oily sin and it did not make my skin feel oily, it actually helped my skin from becoming oily. My dark spots have 95% faded and I have never been so happy with a skin care product. I wear less makeup now, I feel confident when I have no makeup on.

This is an interesting product that seems to sort of be related to "skin bleaching products" that I've read about. People should be very careful with those sort of products and consult their doctor/skin doctor/dermatologist because considering their use because they could cause permanent damage. This product is only meant to be used on dots or in tiny dabs almost Q-tip like in application as to not distort or damage patches of your skin. I'm someone that has various sunspots and freckles (maybe a mole or two) some of which are very noticeable in a way that I don't like and have felt self-conscious about for awhile. These spots aren't removable just permanent blemishes/beauty marks. I did notice some lightening/color change after using however it's not something I'm going to repeatedly obsess over because my skin has always been sensitive. So I gave it a try.

This does seem to be brightening / lighten a dark spot on my neck. It isn't instant, which I didn't expect, but it has defiantly made this spot less noticeable, to me. My guy, said he can tell a difference and he has the filter of a 3 year old so pretty sure that is a great review from his point of view.I have had no adverse reactions on my skin while using, no break outs, not burns/rash. I don't find this excessively oily and it does not have an offensive scent. Price point seems pretty competitive. I don't know if I stop using this if my age spot will return in full color but for now, after 3 weeks of using, I would says it is 1 maybe 2 shades lighter then it was. For me that is pretty impressive.

i have been using it for 3 days but i really can't stand the smell of it. it smells like a very strong laundry detergent. the packaging is not brown like shown in the photo, it is a white tube. i have allergic rhinitis, this kind of triggers the sneezing because of the strong smell, although i want to see what it does, i can't use it as often as i would like because of the sneezing.
