If you work out at home and need something to add resistance and give your training a boost, I’d definitely recommend these. I avoid gyms and prefer home workouts, so not having access to heavy equipment can make gains a challenge. These help bridge that gap. Here’s a breakdown of how I use them: • Pull-ups: 3 sets of 20 • Curls: 3 sets of 40 • Forearm curls: 3 sets of 30 • Dips: 3 sets of 30 • Bench press: 3 sets of 20 • Dumbbell press: 3 sets of 40 I use them for everything. It was tough at first, but now I can’t imagine working out without them, they’ve for sure made me stronger, and going back feels too easy. For reference: my hands are 21cm, and my partner’s are 15cm.
