Call the seller to get support, great service and great product.
I received the fly trap on time, but one LED light bulb is defective. I called the seller's phone number and received a free LED light bulb replacement within 3 days. Very nice service. Installation is very easy. Just take off the bottom and front covers and easily mount it on the wall. Follow the sticker instruction to install the light bulbs and peel off the glue board cover then insert it to the fly trap. After a week of usage, I got a lot of bugs stuck on the glue board!!! Great product at a good price.

Works Well as a Consumer Trap Too
Aside from being $125, you'll be paying an average $28/month to replace the bulbs, which are only available from the same manufacturer. Find a more trusted brand.

Bulbs don’t work
Not a bad light if all the bulbs work when it arrives, have bought 20+ (I know I’m dumb), I’d say 20% come in working 100%. Good luck getting bulbs replaced.

Does not fully work
One of the bulbs only half of it is working and then the top part the first bulb fits into does not work at all. So we only have two bulbs that are working a full capacity. I am trying to get support and help now still.

BROKE ON THE SECOND DAY?!
BROKE ON THE SECOND DAY!! Spent so much on this bulb and it just broke like that. DON'T BUY!! :(((((AND NOW I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER BULB?! Now I have to spend more money to get another light bulb?! and 27 dollars for two?
