I have a 30" led bar light connected with relay and thecwire never gets hot. **Q: Can there lights be turned on and off? Looking to be used in a boat application and don’t want to run battery down with lights.** A: One thing to consider is that LED lights in these switches don't use hardly any power at all. 1 LED at probably 3.2 mA for 5 switches is probably 16 mA. If you assume the 2000 mAh energy capacity for a NiMH AA battery, it would take 125 hours (5 days) to draw that much energy. A typical boat battery depending on what you have will be 15x-50x more energy and could run those LEDs for almost a year. IF you are really that power conscious you can wire up a switch to cut power to the LEDs or simply disconnect them. With boats I wire up master power switches for short term storage to cut power to all the accessories to eliminate any parasitic draw. For long term storage I remove the battery and put it on a maintainer. **Q: Is there any 120v version of this? For home appliances? I'm glad I went with them. As we all know things are all made by machines and one thing is off on the machine can cause weak spot which is what happened with the voltmeter part and it stop working. I contacted Amazon and the representative advised me to contact the company. I was like here we go and contacted them while looking for a replacement voltmeter myself. To my dismay, the company reached out to me and was very friendly and responsive. They thanked me for my quick response. I explained the issue and they advised me a replacement voltmeter is on its way. I was impressed and will be saving this company in my favorites. I don't write reviews often but this deserves acknowledgement. 👏 Oh, the product looks and works great just that small hiccup.
