Hi, do I use the 4 sets in 4 days altogether and they stay for a year? Or do I use one set today, wait several months and use another set?

Not all in one day, once per month possibly the soonest you should use the next time.

Should you brush before or after you use crest whitestrips?

I always brush afterwards. My teeth stay so white with these strips. They look as if a dentist whitened them and I am always asked this question, "Did a dentist whiten your teeth?" No, I used the Crest White Strips.

Can these be used on bridges & caps?
