Pure Support Knee Brace with Straps, Compression Sleeve for Running, Arthritis Pain, Sports

I have slight wear under my left patella, so I like to wear a light brace when I exercise (mostly walking outside or on a treadmill with the occasional light jogging. My thighs are 17"around, so I bought the medium size per the size chart and chose straps for extra stability.I have used multiple braces, and none of them were both comfortable and supportive. This brave does not slide down during workouts as others have. One brace I tried grew more uncomfortable as time went on because it had a cutout for the kneecap that kept awkwardly shifting around. Other straps had less study Velcro closures and kept coming undone. This brace is well-made, stays in place, feels very comfortable, and gives just the right amount of support. The price is absolutely perfect as well; I wish I had tried this brave before eating my time and money on the others. I bought a second brace so I can wear one for my morning workout and have a second one that's dry for my evening workout.I could not be more pleased with this product.

I like all effects of this Brace. It gives good support, is flexible, is comfortable. It is a very fair price for a brace that works. I have had a challenge with my knee (shooting stabs inside area of knee joint) been using different style of braces, all worked to unacceptable degrees. Visited the ortho dr. and I have a bone spur on calf bone which is causing pain. They fitted me 2X with off loader style brace (charge to insurance $700) which did not work at all when playing tennis. The "Pure Support Knee Brace" has made playing tennis doable while I try P.T. The cross hatched support belts, I believe are key in providing good support...Update, I have purchased a similar knee brace and it is not as good as this one. Things I noticed in comparison are: 1) the strapping that is used on the "Pure brace" is superior as it lets you overlap the straps with the Velcro keep it firm.

Purchased recently for knee pain and wear most of the day. The brace is comfortable, I had measured 17.5 and read others reviews and started with the medium size and when trying that on it appeared to be extremely tight as if it would restrict blood circulation, so I exchanged for the large. With the large it fits great on my thigh but on my calf it's a little big. I wish there was a size between the medium/large but I get how difficult it can be to have a 1 size fits all, etc.I feel the strap does offer some support, but if you're someone that has a lot of knee pain you may need something more.

I ordered one of these knee braces last winter for my mother who gets joint pain during the cold months. She loved the knee brace support and wears it constantly. This month she told me she missed wearing it when she was washing it, so I bought her a second one for Mother's Day. She was so excited! She is 5'4", 118 lbs and wears the medium size brace. It allows her freedom of motion with support without being constricting. Would definitely recommend!

UPDATE: The vendor, Pure Support, noted my unfavorable review (see below) and immediately responded with e-mail apologizing for my negative product experience and asking if I would accept a refund. I responded that indeed I would accept a refund, and Pure Support immediately credited my charge card with the full cost of the knee brace sleeve. Although I maintain that the product is poorly designed, it could be my isolated experience and you might want to give it a try if you are shopping for a knee support sleeve. I think you can rest assured that your purchase price will be refunded promptly and without question if you have a similar experience to mine. So thank you Pure Support... you have excellent and courteous Customer Service with a desire to 'make things right.' Thank you.This knee sleeve has a rubberized at top edge (a band). I wore it for just one day. The rubberized band rubbed and chaffed my thigh and raised two large blisters filled with fluid. It became painful towards the end of the day and when I removed the sleeve there were the big blisters. I had to lance them to drain off the collected fluid and enable healing to begin. I have two other much less expensive knee sleeves that work to varying degrees but I hoped this PURE support would be even better. Net... net... I could not use the PURE again as I knew it would aggravate the blisters and most like cause additional ones. I threw the PURE Support in the garbage. Don't waste your money on this very poorly designed product.

I received this knee sleeve a few days ago and wore it all day since then. I suffer from knee pain when I stress my knees too much while exercising, but sometimes I need some support even when just walking around. With this knee brace I can actually feel how my knee is supported, without any discomfort or blood circulation issues. I worried about sweating but the tissue is really breathable and not heavyweight. I tried other knee sleeves before, but they were either not comfortable or not supportive enough. What I was looking for is a knee sleeve that I could wear even under my jeans, and the Pure Support one is perfect for this. I also wore it while running and at a certain point I even forgot I was wearing it. The sleeve gave my knee the compression it needed, without being too rigid. It is flexible enough to let the leg move freely and stays in place at the same time, thanks to the non-slip grip on the upper seam that keeps it from slipping down. Another positive feature is the different texture and design for each part of the sleeve. It guarantees the right amount of compression for each part of the knee and makes clear where the knee should go. That’s an ambiguous point with several sleeves I tried : since they’re entirely made with the same fabric design, it’s hard to understand how to put them on the knee. But that’s not the case with the Pure Support Knee Sleeve, which I highly recommend to people that need a sleeve both for intense activity support and for an everyday compression.

I've recently received my product and already think it's great.Having worn it since it arrived, it feels very comfortable and is offering a good level of support and compression, which is what I needed. I wanted something that was sturdy, but not too rigid, offering that sweet spot of support and compression, and this product does just that.The packaging looks smart and the product looks like it's well made and good quality. The non-slip silicone strip is a good addition and I can see the benefits of this for when I am able to be more active with my knee as it does not roll down or slip.So thank you! You have already made a painful knee less so, which is an amazing feeling after a long period of pain.

As soon as I got this I tried it on and I noticed the relief right away without using the straps, using the straps after was like having extra support. It feels very comfortable. I'm going to be buying another one, also I have to tell other people about this. This is an amazing product. Thanks Phil and Lily.
