Can I just start off by saying, although I bought this for my child, I really wanted it for myself? Looks so much fun and I can see it being just as therapeutic as coloring for adults. This is a compact toy so it can easily be taken on the airplane, road trips, in the hotel, etc. Really a great toy to have for any occasion where you want to keep your child occupied for a length of time. One major thing i love about this is that there are NO MISTAKES! You play as you please and you can easily change your colors and design. Create over and over again and have hours of fun!

Originally bought this for my 3yo and his 3yo cousin, but the almost 2yo younger siblings got a hold of it and loved it! The little beads of the foam stick to each other well and don’t make a mess in carpet or in clothes. They loved the feel of it and enjoyed rolling it around in their hands. As you can see from the picture, it was a little hard for those young ones to put the different colors where they were supposed to go, but I think the final outcome was still great! To be totally honest, since finishing this little art project, they have dug out most of the foam and rolled it into a couple colorful balls, but they love playing with this stuff and we will be back to buy more!

I got this for my 4 year old and it kept him busy for a full 45 minutes! He was pretty focused on making it look exactly like the photo on the packaging, and surprisingly he was able to do it all by himself. It came with a tool, which he used in the beginning, but it was easier for him to just use his fingers. I like that it isn't messy and it doesn't dry out when left out. It's a great, fun activity for little ones for developing hand-eye coordination. Right now, my son has it displayed proudly on our credenza but he'll have fun taking out the foam and doing it all over again!

Living in Illinois with young boys requires activities that they fully get engaged in or else they get restless. The playfoam dragon was great for our cold winter day. The foam material is really nice to where it doesn't get really sticky, doesn't smear on surfaces, and doesn't dry out. This toy required my boys to concentrate and worked some fine gross motor skills. However, they eventually put down the tool and just worked with their hands. They loved seeing the finished product. Again, the fact that the playfoam is high quality material that doesn't ruin the home is so wonderful!

What’s not to love?! It kept my son occupied for at least 20 minutes and it’s so affordable! It’s easy enough for a child to do on his/her own. I was a bit concerned that it was would be messy but that’s not the case at all! The balls have a sticky residue that keeps them clumped together. The finished “masterpiece” now sits proudly on my sons dresser. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
