Kitchen Utensils, 6 Piece Cooking Utensil Set With Holder, Bold Modern Kitchen Utensil Set With Floating Heads

I ordered this set, as a Christmas gift, for my daughter. Unfortunately, on the first use, there was a problem with the spatula (the edge melted). I posted a review and was, immediately, contacted by Shawn. What happened, after that, was nothing short of amazing.Shawn apologized for what had happened, assured me it had never happened before and had already contacted the manufacturer to ensure it wouldn't happen again. He also offered me a refund/replacement and one item, from their product line, free of charge.To me, Customer Service is a high priority and is often lacking,. However, Shawn's rapid response, desire to "make it right" and his goal to sell only high quality products was obvious, welcomed and appreciated.I would not hesitate to purchase from Chefs Limited, in the future, and highly recommend them as a Company that stands behind their products. I received pots and pans from my brother that were black and white so I had to buy non stick stuff. I was delighted to find this! I feel like this was the only one I found that wasn't a multi colored set( like the rainbow multi colored) I love how they look and function in my kitchen.They have large handles that feel somewhat soft. They have the rest stopper which it states in features but they give great space from the counter( not just millimeters like others I own)They look sharp! I feel like I bought them at a great price too! Worth the money hands down! I will say the only thing I didn't like were the instructions for the hanging bar and I did it wrong not thinking and had to pull the loop that goes on the top piece out to connect all the other pieces. The instructions are a picture but It's pretty easy as long as you don't get in a hurry like I did and throw stuff together. ( if you do oh well- it's an easy fix.)

I saw these utensils in a YouTube video and ordered them from Amazon. One thing I don't like is when I am cooking is to put the cooking utensil down on the counter or stove top as it makes a mess. I know it's not a big mess but it is something I don't like so when I saw them I decided to give them a try. So far I really like them and the built in handle stands work great. Some reviews have commented about the wisk utensil being to long and not fitting on the stand well. They are correct but I chose not to use the stand for the wisk. The stand should be a little taller to accommodate the wisk but again for me it is not a problem.

Nice, heavy, as in not cheap feeling. Love that the part that is in contact with the food doesn't rest on the counter. Quick shipping & customer service very interested in making sure everything waste my liking. Wish more companies were like that.

MY gf wanted this item, now she loves it. I looked at it too. and handle are sold and comfy to hold. when you put it on counter it holds up itself. so it dosnt get contaminated. and looks good too

Love the quality and the size. i would have hoped yhis kitchen utensils came more than only 6 pieces. I really dont like that the handles only come in white, my pasta spoon already got stained with tomatoe sauce and I have washed it and it doesnt come out, now I have to make sure that utensil is always at the back so that the stain doesnt show.

I was very disappointed in this product. I ordered it a month before I moved and I was unable to return it. The spoon fell into a bowl of watermelon and it stained the handle. The utensils leak water(black water) when washing. I would love to speak with someone from the company.
