I looked at the reviews and ordered a size up like others had recommended. I'm glad I did because the fit was perfect! These suited my fat feet and keeps my toes clean when doing gardening. I'm a diabetic and have to keep my feet protected at all times, so these are just great for my needs. FYI, those are not ventilation holes, but just a textured dotted design. My toes have enough wiggle room to get enough ventilation and my feet don't get sweaty nor hot when wearing these. A plus for all of us menopausal women! Great buy! For the price there was nothing to lose. I ordered 2 sizes too big after reading that other buyers received their shoes and they were too small. I normally wear a women’s 9 and I ordered a size 11 and they fit perfect! The color is slightly off from the picture but that does not concern me. I work in a busy trauma center and am constantly on my feet. Let me also add that I am 7 months pregnant, and after wearing these over a busy weekend, am 110% satisfied with this purchase.
