These are by far the best adult disposable underwear we have found. Extremely absorbent and my client finds them very comfortable. They fit the body like underwear and not with all sorts of loose gaps

They’re pretty good. I tried all the others. I only use it at night, but everything comes out on the legs when you stand up. This one is much better but it’s still not good when you sit on the toilet liquid gathers up to the back. I wish there were more absorbent. The liquid pulls up in the back of the diaper when you sit for the toilet you have to dry them with some tissue before you pulled them up to go back to bed

These are the best I have found. I use them for my autistic teen daughter who is not toilet trained and they will hold her BM s even. Haven’t found anything like them anywhere. Even her school asks for them now instead of the other OTC products. Very thick and soft.

I am beyond satisfied with this excellent product. My husband and I are sole caregivers for my elderly Mom and for several years had been using the Walmart Assurance brand disposable underwear. They worked pretty well and as time went on, I added an additional pad to the underwear for overnight use. Then just about a couple of weeks ago, we began having a very serious leakage problem. I don't know if Assurance changed the manufacturing of their product in some way, but Mom would wake up in the middle of the night totally soaked right through to her bedsheets. After a few nights of having to remake her bed and wash her sheets along with everything she was wearing, I was forced to look elsewhere for a product that would do the job. Fortunately, I found it with the Tranquility Premium Overnight Disposable underwear. After several nights in a row of not one tiny leak and no bedsheets to replace in the middle of the night, I quickly reordered a larger quantity of the product. The product arrived quickly and has so far lived up to the great reviews and their product description. I really feel that a large part of the solution for my Mom is the superior design of the Tranquility underwear leg cuffs, which may be the main reason the Walmart brand failed so badly. I have also now ordered the daytime underwear as well as some of the "Booster" pads that can effectively be used along with both the Overnight and the Daytime underwear. I am so grateful to be able to purchase these products from Amazon.

I've tried many different ones for my 98 yr old mother, and this one has no bad odor, even when it's wet. I highly recommend them! Also, along with these underwear, we use Tranquility Super Top Liner Booster Pads, doubled up for extra protection - and it works great!

This adult diaper is the best that we have found however, it is not leap proof, our elderly mother leads through them every single night the price of this company is a lot higher than most others. I actually placed the order by mistake from this seller, and I tried to cancel. It was too late
