The product is great but the customer service has proven to be very poor. As a reference point I have left three poor reviews ever so it is not something I do very often but I received a killing bar and within days it began to peel. I took pics and they agreed and said they would replace it BUT they require you to ship back the bar and then wait until they receive and process it until they ship you a new one. The whole time your rack cannot be used and you have to take it apart to send it back. I would have expected much better.

I looked at this for months before pulling the trigger.This is awesome and well worth the money.Extremely high quality. Packaged better than any product I ever have received.Install video is perfection.

Easy to install, space saving, great product! All workouts can be done. Add pulley system to rack and you are set!!
