Calcium tablets
Only been using a week so far, hopefully they will help some with my issues, they are big tablets but I have no problem swallowing them. Would recommend

Keep my bones healthy
I've had a few falls -- but thankfully no broken bones and I take this EVERY DAY so who can say if that's the reason my bones are strong over 60? But I buy and rebuy this so 10/10.

It could have been better to add more options to choose from different potencies of Calcium and vitamin D instead of this as I would go for a higher dosage of Calcium. but good product

Good ingredients big smooth not chalky pills
Whilst the pills are big despite not being plastic coated they are relatively easy to swallow smooth not chalky !
