Heels are 10cm NOT 8.5cm
The height of the heel is normally measured on all brands at the back of the heel. On this shoe however the heel is measured underneath the shoe... Therefore the actual height of the heel is 10 cm. On a small size such as my size 36 that makes the shoe too high (and I'm used to high heels).No problems returning - great service from the seller.
