Arrived quickly, as described and packaged wonderfully. I personally do not like the flavor of product.

Comes in a container, easy to use when mixing up my spice mixtures. The flavor is excellent. It adds that creamy butter flavor to your cooking and baking. It’s a powder so you just mix it into your spices or add it in alone to your cooking or baking. First time buying from this company and very happy with it!!

Not sure if I will buy this type of product again unless I was doomsday prepping. The quality is excellent! No disputing that whatsoever. It mixes well and is ready to use in seconds. The problem is the cost. This is very expensive for the average household to fit into a budget unless it's a one-time emergency supply. The amount needed to make the equivalent to a stick of butter is a lot. However, it is a great add to baking recipes and to sprinkle over cooked veggies or fish.

I really like this brand of butter powder. Rainy Day Butter Powder , (to be referred to from now on as R.D.) which I purchased first, is a 3 star. This smells like butter (R.D. has an off-putting scent). More concentrated than R.D., I can use almost 1/2 the amount I was with R.D. This makes the creamiest, tastiest instant mashed potatoes. Into 1 cup of Idahoan Mashed Potato Flakes , stir 2 spoonfuls each of Hoosier Hill Farm Butter Powder and Peak Dry Whole Milk Powder . Stir in salt & pepper. Finally, stir in 2 cups boiling water. You won't believe how great the mashed potatoes will be. This makes into a tasty butter spread, which will firm up even more in the refrigerator (the R.D. wouldn't.) It reminds me of whipped butter. I use the spread on pop tarts, toast, pastry, muffins, cornbread, freshly baked bread, potatoes, rolls, cooked vegetables, stuffing, biscuits, for making cinnamon toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, pancakes, waffles, and meat (especially if I'm going to microwave it) to help keep it moist besides the great flavor...the list goes on. The published 1:1 ratio may be misleading...If you look where that is posted, its on the recipe information. I 'believe' that ratio is for when a recipe calls for butter. So for 1 tbs. butter use: 1 tbs. butter powder + 1 tbs. water/liquid. That is not the ratio for making butter spread. I did read on another brand of butter powder to use 3 tbs. butter powder to 1 tsp. water (in layman's terms that is 9 parts measured butter powder to 1 part water). Will have to try that next time I mix some up. I normally just mix it to the consistency I want. Little looser for topping mashed potatoes, and a little thicker for spreading. Great sprinkled on freshly popped popcorn, stopping that hot melted butter from deflating the popped kernels. Or getting greasy hands/fingers. No more having to continually wipe your hands before handling the remote control to zap through TV commercials. One thing I have noticed, is you need to add this to the popped kernels before completely salting them. Otherwise this salted butter powder will add even more salt to your perfectly salted popcorn, and you may end up with really salty, buttery popcorn. Truthfully, I can't believe the differences between the 2 brands. I expect the smell to be a little different between brands, no different than dairy case butter brands have different scents, but this doesn't make my stomach churn (excuse the pun). I no longer have mashed potatoes that smell disgusting. I think this would make just about anyone happy that doesn't have access to a store (or cow, goat, etc...). It tastes different but not bad. I like it and just used it to sear my ribeyes. They tasted great

Easy to use

Clumpy and doesn't shake well. Taste is ok.

It's dehydrated butter in a jar. It's very messy. It works as advertized, which is why it gets the five star treatment. It tastes the same as butter, but I've only used it in cookies. I would not buy it again because of how hard it is to measure it out without getting it all over the place. That's just me; I suggest trying it.

I got this mainly to use in my coffee or tea instead of coconut milk. I am LCHF/Keto so wanted something I could carry in my purse to use in coffee or tea when at a restaurant or travelling. This works perfectly. When added to my hot coffee or tea and frothed with my little hand frother it looks like I have cream in my coffee and tastes great. No more worrying about carrying liquid (cream does not agree with me) in my purse.

Received 27 days before delivery date so I’m happy. Tastes just like butter and cannot wait to try it on popcorn. Lost a star because the bottle had no wrapping or paper filler in box so it bounced around during travel and got crushed here and there since the plastic is thin. Luckily I could open it and there had been no spilling.

This is the best tasting butter flavour ever. Add it to streak, potatoes, cooked veggies, dips for raw veggies, eggs. Pasta, the list goes on. I’ll be buying more real soon

Gives your popcorn a great flavour maybe not just like butter but better than any microwave popcorn flavour. Put it in a biscuit recipe and it made a biscuit taste just that little bit better,
