Sticky tape
I used all the corn husks not the corn and layer next to to glue trap after a day or two they all had to have it. Worked like a charm. Caught a ton of fruit Flys. Nothing else worked for me all were just a slow process never really clearing up the mess.I did try to add a new husk each day maybe keeping one old one for a few days in case they liked that. I dont see any more fruit Flys but keep the trap going they may have a cycle and could have layer eggs. Hope this help youWhat I have noticed after this review was posted is when room got much cooler the tape does not stay very sticky so only effective in hot weather

Works great for cherry and berry fruit flies
Been using these this year to reduce the population of egg laying fruit flies in our blueberries. One sheet has lasted nearly a month, and once about half covered with bugs, I flipped it over, and uncovered the 2nd side. Both sides remained sticky for over 2 months, even with a random rain or 2. Best of all, I can see a few random fruit flies stuck to the sheet, and almost no berries are infested with larvae.I used ammonium carbonate as an attractant, poured directly into the Vee created by bending the sheet in half, and hanging it from the provided twist ties. This will slowly vaporize into ammonia gas, and needs to be replenished every week or so, but a little goes a long ways.

Works great! Resist rain! Beware will trap more than you bargined for.
Worked too well. I had a baby bird, that must of fallen out of it's nest & somehow landed in my garden & got stuck on the sticky trap. Then on another one a little lizard also got stuck to it & I had no idea of how to help them. That was truly sad. I am going to buy the smaller shaped KGK traps this time. Maybe that will help.also, I was disappointed that it only came with 2 trap holders. That was the only true disappointment. Didn't keep me from buying it again. On my second purchase they had also added twist ties along with the holders. They work fine too.Other than those 2 little issues, this product is great. Does what it is intended. Resist rain which is priceless & it rains a lot in Florida!

Saved my citrus plants from leafminers
I inherited several citrus trees in a very bad condition, most of their leaves were severely damaged by leaf-miners. I've been using 4-5 these sticky yellow sheets around each shrub, and maybe 1-2 under, and the sheets got filled with gnats. I keep them for abut 2 weeks until the sheets are full of gnats and replace with the fresh ones. Using them during several months allowed me to restore the shrubs, and now they look very nice and healthy with a very little amount of leaves damaged.

Sticky, but doesn't attract flies
After hanging for a week in my kitchen over my sourdough starter (which flies love), there are now two flies stuck on it.It seems powerful enough to trap insects that choose to land on it, but I'm not convinced that the flies here in Texas like to land on giant yellow panels. The 50 cent sheets do a better job of attracting cheap humans like me.If you're frugal, you might want to find a better solution to your problem the first time around. Probably not these.Update: Another week has passed. There are now 9 flies on it. I'm slightly more impressed. I've put more of the traps around the house in hopes that offering more landing sites might help catch more flies. There are still a substantial number of flies around the house that aren't being caught by these things, but looking at the dead ones makes me feel a little better.

Great item, works as expected. both sides are treated with sticky. You can easily cut to desired shape if you want or just leave them big and whole. Comes with 1 plastic holder, 10 speedy ties and 10 sticky sheets.

Really Helped Get Rid of Fruit Fly Problem
Fruit flies can multiply very quickly. I had lots. These Sticky Traps really work well. The flies that land on them get stuck. I like the fact that there is protective paper on both sides because I can lean them on a counter against on object by keeping the paper on the backside. Right next to my fruit and vegetable basket where the flies congregate.I am now only seeing an occasional fruit fly. My 3 steps to success are: 1) Cider Vinegar about 1" deep in a cup with a little sugar and a drop of dishwashing liquid in several locations 2) Close or cover all drains because they reproduce and multiply in drains. 3) Use the Sticky Traps near the Cider Vinegar. It took me about 2 weeks to really get rid of them. Also, it didn't cost me very much to get the job done.

Definitely is helping for a gnat issue
Unfortunately I have indoor gnats. While I am waiting to hear back from an exterminator to help identify the source of the problem, I decided to purchase these sticky traps. I have them hanging n 4 different places. They are super easy to use. They are sticky enough to trap these pesky critters but not so sticky that they leave anything on your skin if you come into direct contact.Within 3 days there were about 50 gnats stuck to the 4 different traps I had placed around the space. Gross. But amazing. I just replaced those with another set. From what I understand the hatching cycle is every 14 days. Hopefully someone will be out soon to help find the actual colony but in the meantime, this is absolutely helping.
