This hair food smells good. I used it in my hair while I had cornrows. I noticed a change in my hair length when I took my braids out. I would have to say this product contributed to my hair growth.

Product smells nice and was shipped fast, but the gel does not come out of the top of the bottle properly. You have to unscrew the lid and scoop it out of the bottle, therefore very inconvenient.
