Q: What "small parts" does the plushie have?

On the advertisment in description area it has a warning, choking hazard small parts. I do not see any small parts on the plush toy. Not sure why it days that.

Q: This says it's 16 inches but the buyer reviews say it's a lot smaller. Which is it?

They do sell a 16 inch, this particular Daniel is sold as a 7 inch. I measured ours and it's actually somewhere between 8 and 9 inches. We bough ours for our now 5 month old and it's the perfect size for him. It doesn't look exactly like the Daniel on TV but it's a stuffed animal and my son can't tell the difference, so that's just fine with me. Make sure you read the product description and it will tell you exactly what item/size you're ordering. Some of the customer reviews cross over from other Items by the same seller for some reason. It doesn't make any noise.This particular Daniel is sold as a 7 inch. I measured ours and it's actually somewhere between 8 and 9 inches. They sell a 16 inch if you're looking for a larger Daniel. Hope this helps!
